Every NIU scooter comes with a comprehensive 2 year warranty and the Panasonic battery has an additional year, so a full 3 year guarantee on the battery.
NIU scooters are proving to be very reliable and, with so few moving parts, maintenance costs are greatly reduced when compared to petrol scooters. The main components that will need repair or replacement are 'wear and tear' type items, such as tyres, brake pads and discs. We are, of course, happy to service your scooter but we appreciate that bringing it back to us may not always be convenient. Work carried out by other established, reputable businesses will not invalidate the warranty. If you would rather any work be carried out by NIU Hull but are unable to bring the scooter back to us yourself please contact us as we may be able to collect from you. Collection charges may apply, although we will endeavour to keep this to a minimum.
Also, the NIU App will tell you where the nearest NIU dealer is to your location.
New vehicles do not require an MOT for the first three years. Any approved motorcycle MOT centre can carry out an MOT.
